  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service professionals
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and other customer service software.
